| Enterprise sports are the important part of our national sports activities. They are the elementary guarantee to improve the physical and mental health of working people. Besides, they are the important means and organizational forms to improve the productivity and develop the management and culture in enterprises. They have been exerting great use in the construction of socialism, and have built up the unique form of culture-enterprise sports culture. At present, our country is at the turning point from traditional society to modernized society, from planned economy to market economy. Accordingly, deep and thorough reform has taken place in the operating system in enterprises. Enterprise sports culture, like the enterprises themselves, is undergoing this process, which contains the painful transformation between old and new systems, the conflict and blending of different ideas, the various pressures of modern people and their attitudes towards sports as well as their new requirements for sports. In this sense, studying the enterprise sports culture in the period of society transformation will benefit the healthy development of enterprise sports culture, will make better use of sports to serve the economy construction and will help to carry out the Outline of National Building Up Plan more thoroughly.Various methods are used in this study such as logical analysis, interviewing, consulting references and cases analysis. It makes use of the knowledge of sociology, physical education science, economics and education science to analyze the connotation and function of enterprise sports, etc. It is to build up a modern system of enterprise sports culture which goes well with the socialist market economy and modern enterprise mechanism.This study consists of four parts: the basic connotation and definition of enterprise sports culture; the development of enterprise sports culture in history and some reflections on it; the blending and conflict of enterprise sports culture in the period of society transformation; the construction of modern enterprise sports culture.The study concludes that enterprise sports culture is in fact physical practice and activities which is under the guidance of certain ideas in enterprise and can embody the common value and basic interest of all. It is the combination of material, spirit and system. It contains the external sports culture, internal sports culture and the part between them. In this period of society transformation, the traditional mechanism of enterprise sports culture has fallen in conflict with its development inmarket economy. Meanwhile, modern enterprise is in urgent need of a new sports culture to strengthen its capability in competition. Modern enterprise sports culture is some culture of its own features. Its development and operation should be suitable for the market economy mechanism, should serve the material and spiritual civilization of socialism, should serve the development of enterprise, should serve every member in enterprise. Only in this way can it keep sustainable development. |
