This paper focuses on analyzing the interaction between the land tenancy activities and social status of both the Kong Family Mansion and the "Confucian tenants" before and after the land reform.I believe that the system of feudal landlord private ownership of land is the dominated land system in the traditional society.In this land system,"landlord-tenant" relationship has become the most prominent social contradictions pair relations in the long-standing feudal society.Land tenure relations and production division of labor makes society formed a "landlord","tenant" and other social identities naturally,and different land ownership also led the social status of different groups.And the land reform makes a significant change on the land tenure relations and social identity relations of the Confucian tenants,interactive relationship between landholding size and social status also changes.This paper consists of five parts:The first chapter leads the research significance and background,and make a brief introduction of the surveyed villages;The second chapter analyzes original identity of the Confucian tenants in the tenancy relationship before the land reform;The third chapter analyzes the different struggle behavioral strategies when the Confucian tenants faced both Confucian landlords and rich peasants as the specific actor;The fourth chapter analyzes the process of the Confucian tenants turned to be the owner of the village after the land reform;And the fifth chapter summarizes and conducts extends Thoughts.I believe that the land reform reconstructs the evaluation criteria of rural society membership identity,and the land reform struggle forms are affected by the social status of both sides of the struggle.
