Design Of The Prison Police Assistance Project Of Shaanxi Province

This paper is based on the subject of Business Management,especially a study on the theory and practice of Human Resources Management and Development,as well as some relevant subjects in the realm of psychology,particularly the familiarization with the theory and practice of EAP(Employer Assistance Project).Also according to problems and defects in the building of the Prison Police team,especially the pressing need concerning the psychological state of prison police,we focus on the theory and practice of Human Resources Management and Development about the police of prisons in Shaanxi province,in order to clarify the main factors governing the development of human resources of Shaanxi prisons.On the basis of a critical description of the brief history of human resources management of Shaanxi prisons,its current state and the analysis of existing problems,we are determined to make clear the primary factor of human resources management of Shaanxi prisons,i.e.the system design and mechanism design of human resources management of Shaanxi prisons,the design of police growth planning and culture construction of police stations and furthermore to sort out the secondary factors and build an entire frame for the program.Meanwhile,According to the investigation ries of of the psychological condition of prison police in Shaanxi province,we use a se scientific tools to perform the analysis.we have worked out the intellectual assurance,funds,system assurance,policy assurance and culture assurance so as to give rise to the development of the human resources management of all prisons in the country and the progress of our work in Shaanxi province.
