At present,with the fast development of the Chinese reform and opening-up,as well as the boom of its economy and society,the police that is maintain the core of the social security department are faced with more pressure.The police as an important part of the state machine,take an important function such as maintaining social security and stability,punishing illegal and criminal,protection of people's life and property safety,etc.Its special form and high strength work tasks make police staff psychological problems occurred more than ordinary people.To everyone who policemen's mental health is public security ideological and political work,is an important part of the police ideology management especially,have been a research focus for psychology and management experts form all countries.This paper is based on the KQ police group as the research object,and selects 200 police officers from KQ police system as a sample,an utilizes the mental clinical symptom for self-assessment form(SCL-90),Adopted is given priority to with questionnaire,interview and discussion with the combination of ways to investigate;on the basis of previous theoretical research,scientifically summarizes the five factors that affect our country police officer's psychological status,increases a small amount of the subject based on the standardized SCL-90 form,through different psychological index respectively investigates the police individual situation confined condition of psychological health and to the team and the recognition and attitude of the police system and so on,is designed to multi-level and various sides know KQ police officers for their team and other cognitive and psychological health status of the public security system.This paper is on the basis of the investigation,to summarize,to make statistics,to analyze questionnaire data and information,and compare the psychological status of the different groups.On this base,raise the EAP design and implementation plan that is suitable for KQ police system,and give the target design,planning and phases,in order to build a set of reasonable,efficient and comprehensive EAP service system,to help KQ police team to solve some existing bad psychological behavior problems,and to promote the healthily development of KQ police work;and hope that through the related research and practice,explores a EAP service model that is suitable for the KQ police even the police of all country,to adapt to the rapid development of economic society and the changing of the police work demands,and meet the needs of police.
