| Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's social economy,the rapid changes in material conditions and ideology,as well as the increasingly obvious social contradiction,as the national penal execution organ,the prison has a positive effect on the country's lasting peace and stability.The prison police resource allocation is an important part of prison supervision and prison police troop construction.In the face of complex criminal situation and increasingly severe regulatory pressure,it is necessary for higher standard and requirement of prison police resource allocation.It is the new task of the current prison work to solve the problems of police resource allocation.In this thesis,the J Prison in Guangdong Province is taken as the research object,according to the survey of the current situation of police resource allocation in J Prison,after the analysis of the actual data such as prison organization structure,police situation,staffing,etc.in J Prison,it points out that the problems,such as mismatch between organization setting and function requirement,outdated administration mode,low allocation efficiency,mismatch between function fulfillment and staff condition,coexistence of resource shortage andwaste of resources,and serious imbalance of allocation structure,exist in police resource allocation.In order to maximally resolve the police resource allocation,the prison shall applies the theory of modern public human resources allocation,studies and analyses the phenomena and the reasons for the problems,and clearly puts forward the line with internal adjustment supplemented by external collaboration to solve the problems of police resource allocation,and proposes suggestions and countermeasures which are the reform of prison organization setting,the improvement of existing administration mode and police resource allocation efficiency,the adjustment of police allocation structure,the improvement of the police quality,etc. |
