Research On The Key Technology Of Cadre And Personnel Synthetic Decision Support System

In recent years,increasing emphasis on advancement in cadre and personnel system greatly promote the research on the Cadre and Personnel Decision Support System.However,the existing Cadre and Personnel Decision Support System are not satisfying,most of which focuses on the construction and application of the data warehouse.Overall,the following deficiencies:First,establish a data warehouse is difficult,scalability is not good enough;second,the data dimensions are not highly standardized;third,using data mining techniques to analyze the problem for personnel decisions and prediction research is not enough.This paper firstly analyzes the Data Warehouse,OLAP,Data Mining,Business Intelligence and other related concepts and basic techniques,and discusses how it applies to personnel decisions.This paper then studies the key technologies used in the Cadre and Personnel Decision Support System,including Data Mining,Metadata Management,and Data Integration.Innovation of this paper is:First,design a bottom-up approach to building Data Marts alternative Data Warehouse according to the characteristics of the personnel data;second,realize of the business metadata management;third,realize customizable algorithm in data mining module.This paper implements the Decision Tree and Support Vector Machine classification algorithm based on Weka platform,and designed metadata management and data integration solutions using Microsoft Business Intelligence Solutions.Finally,this paper presents the Cadre and Personnel Decision Support System architecture design and implements of key technical points.This paper experiments on the algorithm used and other popular classification algorithms for comparative analysis,to analyze accuracy and efficiency of the cadre and personnel decision support system prototype.The experimental results demonstrate that the personnel decision support system prototype has fine accuracy and efficiency.This work meet the needs of the cadre and personnel management decisions,has a certain application value.
