On The Improvement Chinese Administration Supervision System

Administrative Supervision System has existed in China's ancient.After years of evolution,it is gradually fastened as a major system which the government supervises the Administrative Organs and their staff.Inpresent-day world,although Administrative Supervision System appears different forms in various countries,they all pay more attention to it.China's Administrative Supervision System has gone through the establishment,revocation,recovery after periods of history,has made certain achievements and great progress and development.Author,as a worker of Administrative Supervision,specifically involves in some administrative supervision work in years of working practices;deeply perceives that China's Administrative Supervision System has certain advantages in the current system,but meanwhile it should be noted that there are still many shortcomings in further promoting the development of administrative monitoring system under the new situation of strengthening the transformation of government functions,promoting honesty and high efficiency government building.The unsound regulatory system unscientific operation mechanism and imperfect measures of Administrative Supervision System,which all affect the functions of administrative supervision.In order to study these phenomena and the lack of channels and to find a solution,the author with combinations of the actual work of administrative supervision,who focuses on standardizing the operation of administrative power,and strengthens supervision and constraint of power.In the existing institutional framework,the author puts forward some improvement recommendations aimed at exploring ways and means of improving the Administrative Supervision System from the function orientation of the administrative-supervision organ,the perfection of administrative-supervision laws and regulations,administrative measures and other aspects of the views.
