With the rapid development of economy in our country,the investment of state infrastructure accelerated year by year,the pace of urbanization increased,the scale of engineering construction expanded.As a result,engineering construction has been ex panding into an unprecedented stage of development.However,it is at the cost of larg e investment,long duration,high-profit,involvement of many departments.Even wo rse,there are still many problems such as system defects,mismanagement,lax supervi sion,inadequate laws and regulations and others,which led directly to the widesprea d occurrence of corruption.Duty crime in engineering construction field would bring enormous loss to life and property,obstruct the development of our economy and soci ety,distort normal market competition rule,undermine the government's credibility an d endanger social harmony and stability by seriously affecting the quality of the proje ct and increasing the number of potential safety problemsBased on the working experience of corruption-related crime prevention,I inves tigated and surveyed the cases in the field of program construction of recent years,an d got the inner causes,characteristics and order from the beginning to the end of the cr imes.During the process,I have to research the system of the program construction,t ogether with its defects and omissions,and then,an effective solution to prevent the af fairs,which could help to suffocate or,at least,reduce the same crimes.
