Research And Implementation Of Police Intelligence Information Management System-based Workflow

With the development of workflow technology matures,its application is more and more widely.The application of management information system of workflow technology based on will give the government department brought huge benefits.By using the workflow management will enable enterprises(institutions or the government department)to change the traditional organizational structure according to the function configuration of personnel,in accordance with the enterprise(into institutions or the government department)to achieve the main business processes to configure the organizational structure,with a shorter processing time and its main business processes,improve the ability of its response to the external environment.In foreign countries,study and use workflow technology and business model development mode to establish the alarm information system began in the late 70's.Through research and Practice for over 20 years,workflow technology has been widely applied,the business model system has been basically mature,and become the basis of alarm information management system software design.In China,after 20 years of construction,the national police information work has obtained the considerable development,the network construction,application system and the personnel training effectiveness.The main business of public security information system has been a nationwide promotion,established a large number of information application system.Based on workflow technology,the development of police intelligence information management system has done a lot of constructive attempt.The main work of this paper is to design is introduced to the alarm information management system of workflow technology.In order to standardizatio,alarm information management as the foundation,complete alarm work process standardizaion and optimization,the realization of automatic transmission alarm information.Finally,in order to groupware system Lotus Domino/Notes as the platform,in accordance with the browser server mode of alarm information management system,including the design and implementation of system development mode,system struture,functon module,the database strucutrue and system security design.In this paper,in order to improve the alarm information management system flexibility,safety and ease of use has made the beneficial attempt,the design thought and the design method proposed in this paper,the application of in Hunan Province Public Security Bureau police intelligence and information management system,has received the good application effecr.
