Research On The Knowledge Management System Based On ISO 9000

Knowledge economy is the sequence of the fourth industry revolution. As a core of knowledge economy, knowledge is making more and more important effects on the development of modern economy, which has special characteristics that are different from traditional production factors. The development of knowledge economy requires the modern corporate to attach importance to knowledge management, which means to manage the knowledge.Knowledge management system is a powerful tool for enterprises to manage their knowledge. It is an outcome of management science, which is combined with the modern computer and network technologies. Knowledge management system is the platform for knowledge management to be implemented, also is the ground floor platform for the business management. First of all, this thesis researches the background knowledge about how knowledge management was generated and developed, then makes a detailed analysis of the definition, the classification and the predominant specialty of knowledge and makes a personal definition of knowledge management. Afterwards, this thesis puts forward a structural model of knowledge management system, and brings forward an innovative concept of knowledge holder in this model.Finally, on the basis of above, this thesis analyzes the knowledge features of ISO 9000 quality management system and discusses the effects of ISO 9000 series standard during the building of knowledge management system. Then in the practice, the writer brings forward the detailed constructing solution of knowledge management system about the corporate quality management on the platform of IBM Lotus Domino/Notes.
