Study On Difficult Problems Of Zhengzhou Suburb Construction

The process of rapid development of the city,urban construction demolition problem is the focus of attention of the community.With the demolition construction like a raging fire in suburb of Zhengzhou City,the number of units involved in the rapid growth of the farmers.Facing the loss of land and housing,they in real life in the removal of become the focus of my research.The Zheng Dong New District as an example,based on the analysis of the employment status of residents in the suburbs of Zhengzhou City,the suburbs after the demolition of buildings on the street,the living conditions of residents satisfaction survey and analysis,put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction.This part mainly discusses the background and significance of this study,summed up the past literatures,introduces the contents and methods of this research,finally has made the limits to the correlation concept,laying the groundwork for the following analysis.The second part is the summary of the construction units in the suburbs of Zhengzhou city.This part of the outskirts of the city of Zhengzhou urban construction demolition and reconstruction process,the implementation of Zheng Dong New District urban construction planning and the demolition,and typical projects throughout the suburbs of demolition and reconstruction mode and the suburbs of Zhengzhou city transformation.The third part is the basic system of the suburbs of Zhengzhou city urban construction demolition.Mainly analyzes the legal system of policy measures and compensation for the demolition of the suburbs,and on the basis of existing laws and regulations related to the problem.The fourth part is the employment situation of rural households in Zhengzhou city.The part from the outskirts of the city of Zhengzhou after the demolition of households employment status,main factors affecting household employment and the government policy on the household employment support in three aspects,the investigation for the next part of suburban residents living conditions analysis.The fifth part is the analysis of Zheng Dong New District of Zhengzhou residents living conditions.In this part,through the questionnaire on Zheng Dong street life satisfaction and removal of the empirical analysis.The sixth part is the summary and suggestions.In this part,based on Zheng Dong new district residents living conditions and the satisfaction survey analysis,which summed up the existing problems and puts forward some targeted suggestions.
