National tax system is our country's important law enforcement and economic administration department,which performs the function of "Accumulating wealth for the country,and collecting tax for the people".It undertakes a great historic mission of boosting social as well as economic advances,and providing strong financial support.In an effort to meet the requirements of the ever-changing taxation work,doing various jobs seriously and fully carrying out the function of revenue,regulation as well as supervision,staff must be well-trained,establishing a team of highly specialized and quality personnel.Over the years,the national tax bureau of Zibo Qilu Industrial Park followed the instructions of training tasks,fully considered the status quo of gross-roots staff,and carried out "three levels" training of leaders,cadres and first-tier personnel.Various contests have been held to further expand "The young leaders' talent project'.The result has been that the comprehensive abilities and business expertise of all staff have been considerably enhanced,which provides strong talent support for the bureau's healthy and sustainable development.The results and experience gained from training work have been popularized.However,drawbacks also exist in the course of training personnel.This article will make a deep analysis of these problems and reasons behind them.Meanwhile,a series of suggestions and countermeasures to further perfect the construction of high-quality staff will also be put forward,taking a page from foreign countries' professional experience and learning from mature training plans of other institutions.Taking the status quo of Qihua national tax system into account and using the methods of comparison research,document research as well as investigation,this paper explores the work of civil servants training.By analyzing the accompanying problems and reasons behind them and revolving around the establishment of a sound national tax training system,this thesis will propose suggestions on further sharpening business skills and comprehensive abilities of all staff,enhancing self-construction,reshaping training mechanism,stressing the application of "Digitalized Personnel" and improving government and service.This article aims to aid the building a harmonious relationship between governing bodies and taxpayers,and promoting local economy.The last part of this paper is conclusion.
