"Excellent plan"is a high-quality talent education and training plan to implement the national talent strategy and adapt to the needs of economic and social development,which aims to cultivate a group of political firms,solid foundation,extensive knowledge,strong practical ability applied,compound innovative talents.Ethnic colleges and universities play an important role in implementing the excellence plan.Ethnic colleges and universities are the main body of ethnic education,and their running purpose is to train a large number of qualified and high-quality talents for ethnic areas.As the cradle of training ethnic talents,ethnic colleges and universities serve the construction of ethnic minorities and ethnic minority areas from beginning to end.The development of economy and society in ethnic areas has put forward new requirements for the training mode of talents in ethnic colleges and universities.The "professional + national language" undergraduate talent training mode and the traditional undergraduate talent training mode,the two belong to the relationship between personality and commonality,there are commonalities and certain differences,the difference is more obvious in the"professional + national language" training The model not only retains the foundation of general education,but also enhances the application of professional education.It enhances students' practical skills on the basis of ensuring students have certain theoretical qualities.This study analyzes the undergraduate talent training mode of "specialty + national language"in national colleges and universities and its main components.Firstly,the concept of "specialty + national language" talent training mode is clarified by comprehensive analysis of literature.Secondly,it refines the key elements of the"professional + national language" undergraduate talent training model,including training objectives,curriculum system,teaching organization and quality evaluation.Among them,the training objectives have a guiding role,which is a rational thinking and careful design of talent training standards and standards.Whether the curriculum system and teaching organization arrangements are reasonable will indirectly determine the quality of talent training.Quality evaluation are helpful to control and monitor the whole teaching process.Finally,combined with the typical representative of the "professional +national language" undergraduate talent training model-the Experimental Course of Tibetan Language of the Minzu University of China and the Experimental Class of Journalism of Journalism,as a practical case,a detailed explanation.As an important field of constructing ideology,the field of law and news communication is closely related to the long-term stability of the country and the national cohesion and centripetal force.In terms of training objectives,"understand the national conditions,thick foundation,wide vision,strong bilingualism,emphasis on practice",precise positioning;In terms of management system,it advocates scientization and standardization.In the professional setting,advocate"small but refined";In terms of curriculum setting,it is innovative to combine majors and ethnic languages,break the boundary of single curriculum,and help students gain interdisciplinary knowledge and vision.In terms of quality evaluation,it emphasizes the diversified development of evaluation criteria and dimensions.Due to the late start of the"specialty + national language" undergraduate talent training mode,there are the following problems in the current "specialty + national language"undergraduate talent training mode:The curriculum remains to be improved,and the professional construction is facing challenges;The assessment standard is single and the evaluation system is not perfect.In view of the existing problems,this study puts forward the following optimization Suggestions:Firstly,to consolidate the concept of bilingual education and build a composite teacher team;Secondly,respecting the law of educational development and optimizing the curriculum structure system;Thirdly,to build multiple quality standard promote the reform of the evaluation system.Studying of the "specialty + national language" undergraduate talent training mode can provide practical experience for the reform of the training mode of compound undergraduate talents in ethnic colleges and universities in China,and optimize the current undergraduate talent training mode in ethnic colleges and universities in combination with the national conditions of China's multiple ethnic groups,so as to improve the quality of talent training.
