Research On Improving The Police Service Level Of Qinhuangdao Port And Shipping Public Security Bureau Under The Background Of Service-oriented Government

People’s needs for improving the quality of life are getting higher and higher,which requires the focus of government functions to shift from management to service.As one of the government’s functional departments that have the closest connection with the people,the public security organs influence the construction of my country’s political,economic,cultural and ecological civilization from the inside out.The level of service capability of public security organs determines the level of implementation of service-oriented government and the level of comprehensive capabilities of the police force,and it is also related to the vital interests of the people.Therefore,in the construction of a service-oriented government,the public security organs are required to continuously improve police services,base themselves on themselves,give full play to their advantages,adhere to the guiding ideology of coming from the masses to the masses,and seek new directions for reform.The core of policing is "service",which not only embodies the idea of public service theory,but also meets the requirements of a service-oriented government.This is undoubtedly the best direction for the reform of police service work in public security organs.Based on public service theory,new public administration theory,and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,this paper uses field research,questionnaires,field interviews and other methods to put the construction of police in the new era on the basis of existing theories and practices.The research is conducted under the general environment of a type-oriented government,and through the investigation of the current situation of the police service work of the Qinhuangdao Port and Shipping Public Security Bureau,an in-depth analysis of the current police work measures,and an analysis of the problems existing in the police service work,such as The service attitude needs to be improved,the ability to resolve civil disputes is not good,the public security situation in the jurisdiction needs to be improved,and the police are delayed in handling cases.Finally,this article refers to the experience of domestic and foreign public security agencies in police service work,and then finds out the problems and causes,and puts forward the countermeasures for constructing our country’s police service work in the new era,that is,to improve the awareness of serving the masses and improve the overall quality of the team.Optimize police management and improve mechanism construction.
