Hu Yaobang And Hebei In The Early Reform And Opening

Since the establishment of People's Republic of China,The former state leaders were very concerned about the development of Hebei as a result of the geography relations.Hu Yaobang as an outstanding leader who have deep feelings to Hebei.In the War of Liberation period,he fought around Hebei.After the Cultural Revolution,Hu Yaobang still concerned about the development of Hebei,and he made painstaking efforts for the development of Hebei.This article explicitly introduces the kind of fate between Hu Yaobang and Hebei which divided into two sections:Hu Yaobang in the 1978 in Heibei and Hu Yaobang in the reform and opening up in Hebei.As Hu Yaobang who had special feelings to Hebei,so when Hebei choking on its own growth in the reform and opening up,Hu Yaobang was very concerned about the development of Hebei.At the same time,he promoted the implementation of the work of the rehabilitation of miscarriages of justice and contributed to the economic development of Hebei.In the period of setting things right of Hebei,Hu Yaobang positively brought order out of chaos,redressing cases in which people were unjustly charged,improving the political consciousness of the leading group in Hebei province,correcting working style of the Party,and high degree of unity to leadership and political thought which laid the foundation for economic reform.On the economic development of Hebei,Hu Yaobang' based on explicitly inspection in Hebei,such as Taihang Mountain-the old revolutionary base areas,the survey to Baoding,and the specific analysis of Hu Yaobang to guide the economic reform in various regions of Hebei Province.He encouraged the development of a variety of business,promoting the economic development of Hebei and improving the living standard of the Chinese people.This paper argues that Hu Yaobang's guidance to Hebei during the reform and opening up is worthy to learn and promote.During this period,Hu Yaobang initiated investigations and studies,sought truth from facts;respected knowledge and talent;corrected the working style of Party and unity in one,which not only promoted the development of Hebei's reform and opening up,but also has great significance to the present development of Hebei.
