| The early stage of reform and opening up(1978-1989)was the twelve years when China gradually started reform under the new historical conditions.This period is the foundation period of China ’s comprehensive modernization and the decisive period of China ’s new changes.In the early days of reform and opening up,on the basis of inheriting the past excellent experience,the party building of the Chinese army showed new changes and development,which promoted the overall leap of the Chinese army building,promoted the rapid improvement of China ’s economy and realized the steady enhancement of the country ’s overall strength.The party building of the Chinese army presents a new situation,which is not only an important part of the construction of the Chinese army,but also a necessary part of China ’s national development.In the early days of reform and opening up,the situation at home and abroad was complicated,the international military revolution became increasingly fierce,the country faced a new historical choice,and the construction of the Chinese army began to shift to a new direction.The article is based on the theory of the army and its party building by the classical Marxist writers,based on the facts at home and abroad at that time,mainly from the aspects of adhering to the absolute leadership of the party to the army,comprehensively strengthening the party ’s ideological construction,political construction,organizational construction,system construction,style construction,discipline construction and anti-corruption struggle.Starting from these aspects,this paper deeply explores and sorts out the relevant theories and practices of the party building of the Chinese army in the early stage of reform and opening up,and finally forms a more systematic and comprehensive the main content of the party building of the Chinese army in the early stage of reform and opening up.In the early stage of reform and opening up,the content of the party building of the Chinese army,on the one hand,is carried forward in inheriting the theory and practice of predecessors,such as adhering to the absolute leadership of the party over the army,and adhering to serving the people wholeheartedly.On the other hand,innovation is based on the actual situation of the times and the country.For example,the construction of the military party should always serve the country ’s economic construction;strengthen the large-scale adjustment of the military system and mechanism;vigorously promote the recovery and development of the party ’s ideological and political work,the construction of socialist spiritual civilization;focus on the work of military party members to join the party,strengthen the organization construction of the military party;focus on the military leadership system,legal system,work system,life system;grasp the style of work within the army,emphasize the discipline of the army,especially attach great importance to the economic problems within the army.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research,deeply reviews the whole theory and practice of the party building work of the people ’s army in the early stage of reform and opening up,and profoundly summarizes the historical experience and outstanding role of the party building of the people ’s army in the early stage of reform and opening up.It can provide useful reference value for the early realization of the dream of a strong army in the new era,and lay a solid security foundation for China in the new period of change. |
