Study On The Participation Of Urban Young People In Community Pension Service

China entered the aging society in 1999,and Fujian entered the aging society in 1996,is a province which relatively high degree of aging.Nowadays,the level of health and physical fitness of the elderly is higher and higher,and the average life expectancy is prolonged,which brings great pressure to the development of society and economy and the support of children.Faced with such a strong challenge,the government vigorously building home care services,and strive to create a better environment for the elderly pension.But at present,the development of community pension service is not perfect,and the construction of community pension team is not perfect,taking Zhangzhou as an example,this paper studies the participation of the elderly in the community pension service,while promoting the construction of community care services,can let the young elderly achieve worthiness.The aging of Zhangzhou province is the first in the province,the proportion of the elderly population is larger,the population aging,especially the growth rate of the elderly population is faster,the elderly human resources has great potential for development.In addition,the Zhangzhou municipal government attaches importance to the construction of community pension services,since 2009 to date,it has achieved full coverage of the city's community pension services,if we can combine the two resources of the elderly and community care services,then the development of the cause of the elderly in Zhangzhou has a huge role in promoting.This research mainly uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,cross analysis and descriptive statistical analysis,research and analysis of the community service for the elderly in younger elderly in Zhangzhou City,found the problems,finally puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,to provide reference for middle aged human resources development and community the construction of pension services.
