At now,our society is in the critical transition period.The whole society is in the transition.In this transitional state,a variety of interest disputes result in the increase of social instability factors.With the gathering of the unstable factors,there is a phenomenon of social differentiation,which leads to the intensification of social contradictions and the frequent occurrence of group events.Because of its sudden and destructive characteristics,group events have many negative effects on social stability and economic development.With the development of Internet technology and the rise of social media,the development of group events has been combined with the Internet,forming the network public opinion of group events.The network public opinion of group events is a reflection of group events in the network space,which has its own characteristics.The network public opinion of group events develope rapidly.If the governance is poor,it is easy to lead to continued deterioration,and ultimately difficult to control,resulting in incalculable impact.The governance is related to the governance effect of group events,as well as the maintenance of the image of the government,so the governance of the network public opinion of group events is an important issue which the government is facing.This paper takes the Hefei city of Anhui province as an example,based on the analysis of the dialectical relationship between the group events and the network public opinion,combined with the status quo of network public opinion of group event management in Hefei City,pointed out the management problems and causes,and finally puts forward improvement strategies,in order to improve the governance level which is about our government how to manage the network public opinion of group events.
