Study On The Management Of Public Opinion In The Network Of Weifang Municipal Government In Shandong Province

The development of network information technology has greatly changed people’s way of life,because of the openness,interactivity and concealment of network platform,citizens can express their opinions more directly and conveniently on the Internet.But the Internet has always been a double-edged sword,providing the public with a more free speech platform at the same time to the government’s network governance brought greater difficulty,put forward higher requirements.Therefore,as the most important social management subject,the government should strengthen the attention of the network public opinion,actively deal with,enhance the credibility of the government.From the network public opinion events that have occurred in recent years,we can see that the government department’s attention to network public opinion is gradually increasing,but the corresponding local government’s network public opinion response management ability has not improved correspondingly,the lack of network public opinion response ability has become the government’s social governance ability of the short board,therefore,Local governments should actively explore the network public opinion response methods to improve the level of government governance.Based on the actual situation in Weifang City,Shandong Province,this paper uses case analysis,interviews and other methods to investigate and analyze the current situation of public opinion governance in Weifang City.First of all,through theoretical research,the network public opinion management concept and the main body definition.Secondly,choose Weifang Shouguang flood event as the object of analysis,combined with the interview content analysis,found that Weifang municipal government in the network public opinion management there is a response attitude is not positive,response lag,inaction,pushing off responsibility,official thinking and other issues.Finally,under the guidance of 4R crisis management theory,combined with the actual situation of Weifang City put forward relevant suggestions: the government to change the concept of public opinion management,improve the network public opinion monitoring ability,improve the network public opinion early warning mechanism,improve the network public opinion guidance mechanism,improve the network public opinion after evaluation,establish the government,media,citizens and people coordinated governance.Hope to Weifang City network public opinion network response capacity to enhance help and enhance the credibility of the government.
