Urban Adaptability Research On Yi Nationality Floating Population In Kunming

Population in the rural-urban flow is the contemporary Chinese society's most spectacular population.Hundreds of millions of migrant population transfer space is to change the flow condition of existence and development of individual and family of the real opportunity,at the same time also need to face the challenges of the urban adaptability,especially for the ethnic floating population from a foreign land,while overcoming disparities in urban and rural differences,overcoming the cultural differences,so the urban adaptability of challenges faced by even more.Yi nationality is the largest ethnicminorities in Yunnan province,the "six" in 2010,Yunnan Yi population size breakthrough 5 million,accounts for about a third of the total population of Yunnan minorities.At the same time,Yi is the Yunnan minority fluid population of one of the largest ethnic group.Yi's adaptability of the floating population of urban problems,this paper discusses ethnic minority population in the survival and development of the challenges faced by cities and its specific causes,has typical significance,also has universal value.In this paper,based on the questionnaire survey to obtain firsthand data and typical cases,consult maslow's "demand level theory",from "economic adaptability""social adaptation" and "mental fitness" three dimensions respectively discusses Yi city adaptation of the floating population,and select the corresponding measure to observe analysis.Yi in kunming,which in this paper,the urban adaptability of the floating population.The full text is divided into five chapters,the basic idea is:the first chapter introduction to the second ZhangWenXian review,Yi and the characteristics of the floating population in kunming,the third chapter and the fourth chapter yi's current situation and problems of urban floating population adaptability to the fifth chapter conclusion and revelation.In order to make the results of the study as much as possible close to the reality,this paper USES the baseline research method of literature analysis,questionnaire method,field survey method,statistical analysis and other methods,from the Angle of macroscopic and microscopic,combining quantitative and qualitative analysis,can see yi,the general characteristics of the floating population in kunming,and specific to the individual adapted to economic,social adaptability,the psychological adaptability of three dimensions of the perceptual cognition.Economic adaptability,this research through employment,balance of payments,the living situation of three indicators for observation analysis.Find most of the Yi nationality floating population employment in the city of kunming is more informal employment,income is limited,can only meet the basic needs,purchase intention,but without the ability to pay.Therefore,we should strengthen employment training support on yi's floating population into the city,to improve their labor skills.In the aspect of social adaptability,through the life satisfaction,the difficult degree,associate with local residents daily life situation observation of three indicators analysis,found that women's Yi of the floating population in kunming life satisfaction is higher than male,but generally are not satisfied with the economic income,social status.Therefore,improvement of Yi of the floating population of urban living conditions,cancel household registration system,to advocate loose inclusive social policy,for the majority of the floating population to provide can easily,stand the urban survival and development environment is very important.In terms of psychological adaptability,through Yi self identity of the floating population,become a "native" is the most important condition.The proportion of the Yi people think of themselves as kunming floating population are relatively high,accounted for 71.6%.Yi's choice of the floating population of different age stages in the long-term living or local papers as locals accounted for 80%.Suggested that community groups to conduct more Yi of the floating population of psychological counseling work,Yi of the floating population on the adaptation to society itself has its duality,relevant departments should be more psychological enquiry point in Yi areas increase community,concerned about their psychological needs and psychological change,so that when necessary to moderate in a positive way to psychological counseling,let them better and faster into the community life,strengthen the national unity.Finally as individuals,we should be kind to the perimeter of the Yi nationality floating population,give them necessary to encourage and help.
