The Research On Exploitation And Utilization Of Folk Contracts Of Bai

Since the Turfan documents,Huizhou documents,Jinping documents were discovered,the study of folk contracts have been developed in depth,and have achieved fruitful results in publishing and research,the value of folk contracts have been paid more and more attention.There are many Minorities living in Yunnan Province,the people of these nationalities have produced many folk contracts in their daily life.Especially the Bai Nationality which has a long history and high level of civilization,they still keep a lot of folk contracts after the change of the times and development of culture.The research on exploitation and utilization of this kind of the archives,can not only excavate the historical and culture value of the folk contracts,but also broaden the horizons of other subjects.From the perspective of archival science,it is helpful to promote the archives to make good use of the folk contracts of Bai,and to save the memory of Bai in social activities.So in the premise to realize the folk contracts of Bai have important value to the economics,history,sociology and other disciplines,it is necessary to do the basic management well and take reasonable measures in excavation and utilization,in order to maximize the important value of the folk contracts of Bai.The research on exploitation and utilization of folk contracts of Bai consists of five parts.The first part is an introduction;this part mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,and points out the research methods and innovations by analyzing the current situation of folk contracts of Bai.The second part is an overview of the related concepts of the research object,and the paper analyzes the different types of the existing folk contracts of Bai from the perspective of both the carrier and the content.The third part analyzes the value of the folk contracts from the perspective of economics,history and sociology.This part analyzes and introduces their value.The fourth part introduces the present situation of the utilization of the folk contracts of Bai,and analyzes the restrictive factors according to the facts.In the last part,according to the analysis of the existing problems mentioned above,there are some corresponding solutions from two aspects of the basic management work and the specific measures are put forward.
