Legal Studies On National Parks Of Yunnan Province

Construction of ecological civilization that has come up in the 18th national conference of CPC is a hot topic as well as important development path in China.What should be noticed is the success of the construction of ecological civilization cannot be achieved without the protection of legal and administrative system.Sharing the same spirit with construction of ecological civilization of China,national park is one of the most important forms of protection area which is combined with protection,development,scientific research and education.However important as it is,national park never had a chance to set foot in China until 2008,when Yunnan Province has become a trial area of national park under the leadership of CPC.Having built 13 national parks and 7 under construction,Yunnan has made great efforts on the road of exploration of national park.While there are still some issues that Yunnan should take into consideration such as lack of legislation,disordered administration,over-riding concern on quantity,which is what this study all about.This article tries to explore a develop model of national park with Yunnan characteristics after study notion,functions,instructive ideas and development course of worldwide national park.Although still a long way from creating a perfect legal system for national park,it is certain that there are a lot of efforts Yunnan can make to further implement the construction of ecological civilization.
