Yunnan province has entered an aging society in 2010 and kept a fast developing stage,the elderly population is large base,fast growth,old aging.aging population is expanding fast.We need to innovate social endowment service system of yunnan province,solve the problem of insufficient endowment services provision on the basis of the traditional pension model.With the combination development of high-tech represented by Internet,Web of things,artificial intelligence and aging services,wisdom endowment emerge as the times require.Some domestic pension agency has tried and BaiShou elderly apartment is the first in Yunnan province.This paper used referencing documents and investigation method and statistical analysis method to study wisdom insititution endowment,i carried on the field investigation and granted questionnaires to obtain information and data,the conclusions are as follows:Firstly,Wisdom endowment requires huge investment,so its supply mainly rely on government,however broad elderly market and development prospect will make multi-protagonists supply as possible.I analyzed the current technology,policy,the old concept,economic and found it was feasible to carry out wisdom insititution endowment in Yunnan province.Secondly,i introduced the basic situation,organizational structure,wisdom endowment family interaction system and intelligence service management system of BaiShou elderly apartment,i found that the characteristics of its information management,the professional nursing staff's training system,respect for human nature make BaiShou different from the traditional endowment institutions,On the whole,the elders are satisfied with the service;They gradually form the idea of healthy endowment,express their need for health care and cultural entertainment services.Through the analysis of the main supply and demand side of wisdom institution endowment service,but their selfcare degree situation would affect their attitude towards the wisdom endowment services.Thirdly,according to service content which is not comprehensive,poor health care satisfaction and large fluidity of nursing staff,silver digital divide which is difficult to cross,failure to form a wisdom endowment service mechanism,i proposed to give full play to the function of government leading,to strengthen the construction of standardization of wisdom endowment,increase financial and policy support,establish information sharing mechanism,eliminate silver digital divide,improve service content and so on.Finally,we can't regard wisdom endowment as a purely technical problem and deny its possibility and meaning because of current economy.BaiShou elderly apartment',practice represents the a small step of wisdom endowment,it proves that we can carry on it continually.Although wisdom institution endowment has many shortcomings,but it has prospects for development in yunnan province,Under the background of rapid development of an aging population,it will be the inevitable choice to make up pension service resources shortage,meet the personalized demand.
