Out-of-school Unemployed Youth, Educational Problems And Its Countermeasures

In recent years, youth unemployment already becomes a global social problem , is also a urgent and very important theory problem and real problem which all countries face , at the same time is also the realistic problem that the Chinese government takes seriously. In China, especially since 2000, colleges and universities enlarge the scale of student-recruitment which brings new employment situation, the problem of the college students who wait for jobs or are unemployed is beginning to arouse the attention of government and the medium. However, while resolving the youth unemployment, we neglect sucha group of youth------who are out of school but without jobs. Compared with thegraduate of university, they bear heavier pressure. The author thinks that, in this increasingly vigorous society of employment competition, they need attention and concern.The thesis first carries out a theory investigation towards them and discusses their formation, characteristic and the cause, And then she adopts qualitative research method, mainly chooses some typical model individuals to carry out a depth interview, study and analyze these problems, such as reason of dropping out of school, training of technical ability, social mentality, life style and occupation expectation etc. Finally, on the basis of theoretic research and practical survey, the author puts forward some suggestions from the angle of family, society, government, school etc. hoping to help them come out the difficult position.
