Sdudy On Occupational Stress Of The Basic-level Police In Wuhan

With the development of society and the advancement of science and technology,modern criminals are using more and more criminal means,which poses serious challenges to the work of the police.The people's police not only is our country's administrative law enforcement power,as well as the armed forces of the nature of,the people's police in our country shoulder the responsibility to fight crime and protect the people.Police duties not only has high risk,at the same time also have irritability and sudden,so the police is facing heavy pressure in the work,make the police professional pressure than normal pressure is bigger,in the middle of a high-risk sexual work environment for a long time to form of grassroots police psychological stress,which leads to lower productivity,severe psychological pressure also influences the whole law enforcement ability of the police team and cohesion,so strengthening primary channel of police work pressure,and understand the basic-level police work pressure causes,and it is very important to improve the work efficiency.Based on basic-level public security police in Wuhan city as an example,this paper then makes a questionnaire survey of 192 police and adopt SPSS 19.0 for data analysis,the first part is the introduction part of this article.Introduces the research background and research significance of this research,and analyses the related research status at home and abroad,at the same time,the core concept of this study are introduced,including the basic-level police vocational career pressure,the pressure and the public security police at the same time,introduces the contents and research methods of this study,the second chapter mainly in Wuhan city public security police occupational stress,the present study focused on investigating the condition of Wuhan city public security police occupational stress,this paper introduces the research objects and tools,occupational stress situation of the customs police in Wuhan for the data analysis,the results of the survey and the Wuhan city public security police pressure are discussed,and also analyzes the consequences of policemen occupational stress.The third chapter of this paper focuses on the reasons of police occupational stress in Wuhan are analyzed,from the particularity of grass-roots public security work,the social law enforcement environmental complexity and inadequate of grassroots police security three aspects has carried on the Wuhan city public security police occupational stress.The fourth chapter of this article put forward the mitigation at the grass-roots level of public security police in Wuhan city countermeasures of occupational stress,the relief measures include setting up various grass-roots police work,and create a good environment for the police law enforcement,implement intensify the guarantee of the police.
