Law firm is an important part of the socialist market economy,it provides legal services,as a special form of goods into the market.At present,the overall demand for the lawyer is still unsatisfactory,but its choice is also diversified.In other words,consumers are in the buyer's market position.Therefore,the choice of customers is quite important to the development of law firms.SG&CO.PRC LAWYERS,Conform to the development of the environment and economy,will change their own positioning from a comprehensive law to the financial business-oriented professional law firm.The success of the change depends on the ability to seize the customer.Therefore,how to obtain customers with marketing,is a problem should be overcome by SG&CO.PRC LAWYERS.It's the reason to establish and implement scientific and rational implementation of marketing.SG&CO.PRC LAWYERS's original marketing strategy have many drawbacks,which will unable to play a positive role,so urgent need to be amended and improved.The purpose of this paper is to study the existing problems of marketing,to design a scientific and rational marketing strategy,and to develop and implement the necessary safeguard measures to support the development of the financial strategy,to smooth the financial business transition,to help attract customers and occupy the financial business market share.The paper consists of six parts.The first part of the paper briefly describes the background and significance of the paper,leads the research theme and the main content,put forward the research methods and the paper structure.The second part mainly elaborates the related theories of marketing,such as differentiated competition strategy,STP analysis method,7PS marketing analysis method and SWOT analysis method.The third part analyzes the development status of SG&CO.PRC LAWYERS,and through the methods of individual interviews and questionnaire survey to find the problems of financial business marketing of SG&CO.PRC LAWYERS,and then do the reason analysis.The fourth part through the relocation of SG&CO.PRC LAWYERS,design a marketing strategy suitable for the financial business of SG&CO.PRC LAWYERS.The fifth part mentions the implementation of security strategy to support the matching resources and the development of safeguards,at any time to assess the marketing strategy implementation process risk and control.Finally,the sixth part is the summary and prospect of the research on the marketing strategy of the law firm.Based on the research of marketing strategy,this paper designs a set of scientific and rational marketing strategies suitable for the law firms in the business transformation period,and has practical value.Through the research on the marketing strategy of SG&CO.PRC LAWYERS in the transitional financial business period,In the future,through the application and continuous research on the marketing strategy of the transitional period of the law firm,we will help SG&CO.PRC LAWYERS to obtain more customers in the financial business field,occupy a larger market share and enhance the overall development of the financial business of SG&CO.PRC LAWYERS Level.As a representative law firm in the field of lawyer industry research,can be used as a reference for academic research and for the law firm,which need to use the marketing strategy to develop their own level.
