The Analysisof Shanghai Justice Bureau's Law-related Communication Of New Media

Along with the Internet technology matures,the rapid development of new media represented by Weibo and We Chat,has greatly changed people's way of life,their interactive and multi-directional information model also attract government agencies.In recent years,the departments of party and government attach great importance to andadapt to the new changes,to promote the new media to flourish,and take the initiative to lead the network of public opinion.In this situation,the Internet as the basis of microblogging,We Chat and other new media is widely used in legal publicity and education,for the new media law and law continue to inject new vitality.To carry out the publicity and education of the network legal system has become an important starting point toenhance the effectiveness of government legal publicity and education.As an international metropolis and bridgehead of reform andopening up,Shanghaiis unwilling to lag behind,it's e-government construction of the new media is also at the forefront of the country.This paper takes the "double micro" platform of Shanghai Bureau Justice as the research object,and explores the characteristics of propaganda and education of the "double micro" legal system of Shanghai Bureau of Justice by means of the empirical research of propaganda and education of "double micro" platform,and analyzes the effectiveness of "double micro",and then put forward the judicial department "double micro" legal system promotion strategy.In the empirical section,the author conduct detailed analysis on fours aspects of the mode of transmission,information release,spread the language and interaction intensity,and think that the Shanghai bureau of "double micro" publicity and education of legal system has the characteristics of � interactive communication,authoritative content fragmentation,rich media forms,and attention to the effect of wet sex characteristics�.Shanghai bureau of "double micro" publicity and education of legal system also produce social influence,such as guiding mobile public opinionpositively,enhancing the level of public law cognition,and promoting the city's positive effect of the rule of law process.The article started with the case study of Shanghai Bureau Justice,but finally settled in the "double micro" legal system publicity and education optimization strategythinking.In addition to innovating the Legalsystemoftransmission system,we should pay attention to precision positioning of "double micro" publicity and education of legal system.Also a variety of interactive innovation form,and double micro linkage are also very important to deepen the interaction.
