Research On Internet Financial Supervision

At this stage,the development of China's Internet finance is still in its infancy,there are still some problems in the credit control,government regulation,security risks,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of Internet finance,regulate Internet financial market behavior,which is important for the healthy and sustainable development of Internet finance.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction part,mainly introduces the reason and the background,purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,the details of the first chapter is the research foundation;the second chapter mainly introduces the related concepts of financial supervision and the theoretical basis,including Internet finance risks,and the basic types of Internet finance,mainly introduced the third party payment,crowd funding,P2 P and big financial data these four kinds of Internet financial,meanwhile including the theory of information economics,long tail theory,market failure theory and public interest theory,the research in this chapter is the theory foundation.The third chapter,the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter are the key point of this essay,the third chapter analyzes the current situation,relevant cases,problems of Internet financial supervision in our country,including the legal difficulties,the plight of system,technical difficulties,the fourth chapter on the foreign experience of Internet financial regulation for reference,including the United States and the British experience.The fifth chapter gives the countermeasures to improve the internet financial supervision,separately from the specific regulatory,establishing a sound legal system,information disclosure mechanism,to credit reference system,in order to improve the quality of supervision and the effectiveness of internet finance in the future.
