China's employee director system originated in the 1980s,the process of restructuring the state-owned enterprises,the first time in 1993 through the law to determine the state-owned enterprise staff director system,to this year's staff director system in the state-owned enterprises have been implemented for 24 years.Employee director system plays an active role in protecting the interests of workers,strengthening internal checks and balances and standardizing corporate governance.At present,the director system of employees is still in the stage of development and improvement,and there are still problems in practice.On the basis of analyzing the connotation of the director system of the staff and workers,this paper summarizes the problems in the system design and system implementation of the employee directors' The main aspects of the design are the ambiguity of workers,the lack of ambiguity,the lack of protection mechanism and the remuneration mechanism.The implementation is mainly due to the weak corporate consciousness and the lack of knowledge of the staff.From the above analysis,The Implementation of the Staff and Workers 'Director System in China's State-owned Ennterprises.
