The judiciary is the patron saint of social fairness and justice.It plays an important role in guiding the social customs and the values of the people.The misjudged cases in the judicial process often lead to violent criticisms and reprimand.The wrongdoing is an important part of the justice image.Plastic,often become the focus of public opinion and focus.With the advent of the information age and the media era,information technology and new media have greatly enhanced the influence of public opinion.Public opinion under the network conditions can gather sand as a tower,change its social mood with its wide influence,and even affect the case.The social public opinion has formed spontaneity,the development can be guided,the influence of the extensive,through the analysis can be found,through social communication and exchange,attitude is similar to the social public opinion,for the wrong case investigation activities with construction Rational and rational public opinion can supervise the miscarriage of justice in accordance with the law to promote the openness of the judiciary and the complete legal system,rather than rational public opinion will interfere with the normal judicial activities against the legitimate rights and interests of people responsible for the wrong case,thereby reducing Impartiality of Investigative Cases.Therefore,it is necessary to study the role of public opinion in the investigation of wrongdoing cases,to bridge the gap between public opinion and wrong case investigation,to play a constructive role in the process of misjudging cases,and to improve the sound interaction between public opinion and judicature.The Construction of Democracy and Rule of Law in China.
