Research On China’s Judicial Credibility In The Perspective Of Running The Country According To Law

Laws and regulations govern the country,while laws and regulations relax the country,and the long-term stability of the country cannot be separated from good law and good governance.In order to realize the real rule of law in China,laws must be recognized and observed by people.Good judicial credibility is the right meaning in the title.Judicial credibility is people’s trust in judicial activities,judicial decisions,and respect and confidence in the law.Judicial credibility is one of the important signs of a society ruled by law.The higher the credibility of the judiciary,the more effective the operation of justice and the effective protection of judicial justice.In the current context of administering the country in accordance with the law,the enhancement of the credibility of the judiciary is its important content,and it is also a prerequisite for implementing the rule of law in the country.Based on the construction and development of China’s judicial credibility,this paper analyzes the predicament faced by judicial credibility in the perspective of administering the country in accordance with the law,and explores ways to improve judicial credibility.This paper uses the methods of literature research,data analysis,and case analysis,starting from the two levels of judicial trial and judicial supervision,to investigate the efficiency and effectiveness of judicial institutions in China in the trial and supervision of different cases,thereby analyzing the current credibility of judicial credibility.Dilemma.After research,starting from the perspective of administering the country in accordance with the law,the construction and development of China’s judicial credibility still has problems of low efficiency in handling special cases,further improvement of credibility in criminal and administrative cases,and effective implementation of judicial supervision.The reasons for these problems are divided into two aspects: on the one hand,the lack of a flexible trial mechanism for special cases,the implementation of the supervision system that emphasizes the process and neglects the results,or even that the formal significance is greater than the substantive significance;The society has developed rapidly and comprehensively,and the public’s legal awareness and ability to apply law have not adapted to the requirements of a rapidly developing society and the construction of the rule of law.The key to solving this problem lies in correctly understanding the essential relationship between fully administering the country according to law and the credibility of the judiciary.On thebasis of recognizing that the construction and development of the credibility of the judiciary is a long-term process,through the continuous improvement and improvement of institutional mechanisms,the rule of law of the public The consciousness and ability have been continuously enhanced to promote the comprehensive promotion of judicial openness,judicial authority and social evaluation.
