The rise of the Analytical Marxism in the late 1970 s was one of the Western Marxist schools.It borrowed Western scientific tools such as analytical philosophy,mathematics,and logic to reinterpret the concepts and principles of economics in Marx's theory and tried to construct the Marxist theory.Microscopic foundation.As the leading figure in analysing the Marxist schools,John Roemer devoted himself to the study of Marx's exploitation and class theory in the early days.Since the 1980 s,the themes of his theoretical studies have gradually tended to equality and fairness,gradually building an egalitarian justice.Theoretical framework.This dissertation uses the logic of John Roemer's fair thought as the starting point of his research,the logical deduction of John Roemer's fair thought as the research subject,and Marx's view of equality as the research foundation.The social construction of John Roemer's just thought is Landing point.This paper mainly includes five parts:The first part introduces the background of the topic and the meaning of the topic.It begins with the research status at home and abroad and the research value of each aspect to demonstrate the necessity of the research,and points out the shortcomings and innovations of the research.The second part analyzes the background of the generation of John Roemer's just thoughts from analyzing the rise of the schools of Marxism,the equality crisis of the welfare state,and the twists and turns of the socialist movement;and combing out the ideological context in which the justice theory was generated: Western economy Academic circles' arguments about Marx's economic theory and contemporary liberalism's debate on the distribution of justice.The third part focuses on the logical deduction of John Roemer's justice.First of all,from the basic analysis of its fair thoughts,establish the logic of exploitation and justice;then analyze the root causes of injustice: the original distribution of assets,thelack of value of equal opportunities,and the lack of personal responsibility;finally elucidated the way to justice Logic assumptions: Assumptions of property relations,hypothesis of asset arrangement and assumption of economic mechanism.In the fourth part,according to the time sequence of John Roemer's development of fairness,two models of social construction for different types of countries are analyzed in depth: First,the market socialism model for less developed countries;Second,social democracy applicable to more developed countries mode.The fifth part is based on the theoretical analysis of the positive and negative aspects of John Roemer's fairness ideology,pointing out its theoretical limitations and practical significance.
