At the new historical starting point,the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics has embarked on a new journey,and the reform has entered a new stage,encountered many obstacles,obstacles and other unpredictable difficulties and setbacks.Under this situation,Some cadres of Party members have emerged new problems that cannot be considered or wanted to be and dare not to do.How to further improve and develop the Party's system,how to carry out reasonable fault-tolerance in the system mechanism,how to correct mistakes scientifically,how to arouse the Party members and cadres to grasp the reform and how to promote the enthusiasm of the reform become the urgent problems to be solved in promoting the overall reform.At present,there have been attempts at fault tolerance and error correction in various places,but there is still a lack of detailed basic systems,the fault tolerance situation is not strict enough,the scope is not comprehensive enough,and the criteria for determining responsibility are not specific and clear enough.The fault tolerance and error correction trigger mechanism is short of guarantee and so on.Based on this,this paper starts with the research of how to construct the fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism in the new era and how to realize the fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism within the Party,which is divided into seven parts:Chapter one,introduction.This paper introduces the "background" and "significance,content,method" of this paper,and summarizes the research status of "fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism" at home and abroad.Chapter two: the Party Construction in the New era and its New requirements for the Party's Fault-Tolerance and Error-Correction Mechanism.This paper analyzes and judges the situation of the Party building in the new era from four aspects and puts forward four new requirements for the fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism of the Party in the new era.The third chapter is the definition of the fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism within the Party.Starting with the kernel logic relations between tolerance and correction,fault tolerance and error correction,the author points out that the meaning of this relationship lies in the accurate judgment and correct treatment of errors.By clarifying the relationship between fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism,exemption mechanism,incentive mechanism,accountability mechanism and punishment mechanism,the author makes a further "portrait" of fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism.Chapter four: the principle of the Fault-Tolerant Correction Mechanism in the Party.This chapter puts forward the idea principle and treatment method of the fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism within the Party,which should be taken on the basis of following the four scientific idea principles.Chapter five: content system Construction of Fault-Tolerant and Error-Correction Mechanism within the Party.It mainly includes five parts of its content system,namely,basic form,consideration factor,applicable situation,implementation procedure and safeguard system.It is pointed out that the basic form of inner-party fault-tolerant and error-correcting should be reasonably set up in the construction of content system.And through a series of auxiliary guarantee of supporting system to strengthen the institutional supply of fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism.Chapter VI: conclusion.The full text is summarized.
