The Analysis And Research Of The Internet Public Opinion Transmission Based On Opinion Dynamics

For the past few years,the Internet and information technology have developed rapidly.The Internet Public Opinion is more widely used in governance.Monitoring the Internet Public Opinion could promote the pertinence and accuracy apparently.also It could reduce the cost of implementation in public policy,also in communicate and understanding each other between government and citizen.Consequently,it is an important method for providing political strategy to conduct on research on the disseminative features and disposal method of Internet Public Opinion.In this study,the concept and various forms of classical models of public opinion dynamics are analyzed first: deep analysis of the main research methods and paths of current Internet Public Opinion dissemination is conducted.On the basis of the disseminative path of public opinion,research on the characteristics by model simulation analytical method is confirmed.Based on the analysis of existing models and features of Internet Public Opinion dissemination,the distinctive SIR model that disseminates through free-scale Internet Public Opinion is selected.The model uses Netlogo software to conduct Internet Public Opinion simulation,which has achieved simple simulation control.On the basis of the analysis of simulation result and process of simulation control,combining practical work cases,the main procedural model of Internet Public Opinion dissemination is summarized.This model can reflect the current features of Internet Public Opinion dissemination sufficiently and effectively.This thesis provides working focuses and methods according to the features of Internet Public Opinion.In addition,the relevant pre-arranged planning suggestions are briefly designed in the light of the theory of public opinion dynamics,which can achieve the effective control of Internet Public Opinion.
