The Ideological And Political Education In The Role Of Enterprise Culture Construction And Development

Ideological and political work is the lifeline of all other works,it is a fine tradition of our Party,an important political advantage,but also the unique advantages of socialist enterprises.After more than half a century of development and accumulation,ideological and political work has formed a relatively complete operating system and theoretical system,which is a precious asset for enterprises.As a precious asset,ideological and political work has faced with certain challenges during the process of combination with the business development in most of the enterprises in our country,the enterprises ideological and political education must perform working method and system innovation to continuously functioning.Corporate culture theory was formed in 1980 s,been introduced into China at the end of 80 s,early 90 s,it has draw great attention and admiration,also promoted the process of China's enterprises gradually began to pay attention to the construction of enterprise culture.As a kind of new management culture,the enterprise culture,on one hand,can promote the production and operation of enterprises,on the other hand,it provides various and flexible working methods for the performing of ideological and political work.But the theory of enterprise culture is after all a exotic product developed under Western business philosophy,constrained by the cultural difference,will inevitably lead to cross-cultural issues.Therefore,the introduction of this theory ask for a process of adaptation and localization.As the system of our country socialist market economy continues to improve,the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce,enterprise culture construction has become a problem that can not be ignored,the enterprise ideological and political education is facing with many difficulties.For example,in the reform of downsizing for efficiency,the administrative department have been merged or even canceled;enterprise advocating the "supreme interest",the staff are of low quality,lack of administrators.Therefore,to theoretically clarify the enterprise ideological and political education and enterprise culture,realize the organic integration of the two in practice,will benefit to innovation of enterprise ideological and political work methods and models,as well as the localization of corporate culture,improving our country enterprise advantages and competitiveness in the globalization process,serve better for the development of enterprises.This article is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the theoretical origin of the ideological and political education and enterprise culture,second chapter is the present situation of Ideological and political education and the development of enterprise culture,third chapter ferret out the problems and causes which effect the enterprises development,brought by ideological and political education,and corporate culture.The fourth chapter is the path of Ideological and political education and the integration of enterprise culture into enterprise development.The fifth chapter is the measure of establishing and integrating the enterprise development.The author had conducted a survey of 15 local enterprises,mainly based on investigation and interview with enterprise managements and staff,according to the results,systematic analysis and comparison of the present situation of Ideological and political education and the development of enterprise culture.In the meantime,based on the interview,the author drew 5 solutions for the combining of the enterprise development with ideological and political work and enterprise culture.
