Research On The Tian Jiyun's Thought Of "Rule Of Law"

Throughout the social development from eastern to western,the rule of law embodies the inherent law of the development of human society and history.It also reflects the value goal that people pursued jointly.Rule of law likes the weapon to a country's development.It settles the foundation of social harmony and stability and guarantees the basic rights of citizens.Since reform and opening-up,the CPC central committee has seemed rule of law as the governing philosophy throughout the overall process and every field of social development.The Party Central Committee blazes a trail both new term of the legal country of socialism and new situation of economic social development.As one of important members of the second generation leader of CCP(China Communist Party)center on Deng Xiaoping thought,Tian Jiyun,a great marxist,open-minded politician,reformer,is a strong advocate and firm practitioner.He dedicated his life to China's socialist construction and the great practice of reform and opening up.Deng Xiaoping's accurate analysis on world development is the logical starting point to his thought about rule of law,the content includes economy,agriculture,politics,law,and many other aspects.Therefore,researching Tian Jiyun's thought of rule of law contributes to comprehensive grasping the scientific connotation of Deng Xiaoping's thought about the rule of law comprehensively,promoting the strategic target of governing the country according to law.The inquiry has important historical significance and realistic significance.This paper is based on the great practice of reform and opening up,and systematically and comprehensively discusses the rule of law of Tian Jiyun.Research of this paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction the research background and research significance of Tian Jiyun law thought,also summarizes the research achievements about Tian Jiyun thought under the rule of law domestic and overseas.In this paper,the method,innovation point and deficiency also be proposed.The second chapter combines the historical background and theoretical origin mentioned by Tian Jiyun's thought under the rule of law.This part summarizes the historical conditions of the formation and development of the thought.The third chapter expresses the main content of Tian ' s thought: firstly,democratic thought with rule of law be mentioned.Secondly,Tian Jiyun's thought of rule of law reflect on the economic area.Thirdly,agriculture as a vital field is illustrated by Tian Jiyun's thought of rule of law.It would benefit of understanding comprehensively to Tian's thought.The fourth chapter summarizes the general characteristics of Tian Jiyun's thought by deeply analyzing the regularity and principle of the rule of law.Fifth chapter explores the enlightenment of Tian Jiyun's thought so as to help the construction currently during the rule of law in society for combining the current situation of the rule of law in China,from the three aspects of education,Party building and economy,in order to provide new ideas for the development of China's law-related construction.All in all,China's current development stands a transitional pivot point,overall studying Tian Jiyun's thought of rule of law deeply would better make use of experience from reform and openning-up.It has an indespensible meaning to realize the magnificent goal of China's legal construction.
