A Research On The Subjectivity Of College Student Party Members

The gradual formation and development of the theory of party members' subjectivity in the long-term revolution,construction,and reform of the Communist Party of China has become an indispensable part of the socialist party building theory with Chinese characteristics.It centrally embodies the Chinese Communist Party as a Marxist political party.Its nature and purpose are the important concepts that the Communist Party of China has been adhering to for a long time in the process of strengthening its own construction and governance.It is a reflection of the results of exploring and summarizing the construction and development laws of the ruling party.Party members' subjectivity is a special manifestation of human subjectivity,which is essentially determined by the nature of the Communist Party of China as a party of the proletariat.The party members' subjectivity is a highly united combination of practicality,value,and historicity.It is the individual members of the party members who demand that they become the mainstay of value within the party's life,and continue to confirm their existence value and power within the party's practice.The construction of the party members' subjectivity is an important part of the Chinese Communist Party's strengthening its own construction.The greater realization of the party members' subjectivity is conducive to stimulating the vitality of the party organizations,promoting the further development of the level of democratic development within the party,and meeting the development requirements of the party.It is also an important guarantee for the party's advanced nature and purity.This paper tries to combine the theoretical research on the subjectivity of party members with the actual situation of the education,management and development of college student party members in the new era,extending from the general theory of party members' subjectivity to the special practice of the construction of college student party members' subjectivity.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic selection,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods.The second part introduces the theoretical basis of the research on the subjectivity of college student party members.The subjectivity thought of Marxism is the theoretical cornerstone of the research on the subjectivity of the party members.Using the method of unifying the practice and history to furtherly sort out the development of the CPC's theory of party members' subjectivity,summing up the successful experience and lessons learned from ensuring and realizing the party members' subjectivity can provide a guide and follow direction for the party members' subjectivity construction of the CPC in a new era.The third part analyzes the basic elements of the subjectivity of college student party members.We must deeply recognize that the party member's subjectivity is not a simple or isolated concept.It inherently includes the party members' subjective consciousness,subjective quality,subjective status,and the role of the subject.The constituent elements of the party member's subjectivity are both relatively independent and connected.The correct realization and understanding of the constituent elements of the party members' subjectivity and their mutual relations are the basis for further in-depth study of the construction of student party members' subjectivity.The fourth part explores the practical problems existing in the construction of student party members' subjectivities in the current colleges and universities.Then it analyzes in-depth the existing reasons that affect the formation of student party members' subjectivities.Finally,we propose corresponding measures for how to strengthen the construction of student party members in colleges and universities in the new era.It tries to choose a reasonable path and build a set of long-term effective mechanism to enhance student party members' consciousness of their own subjectivities,to improve the quality of student party members and achieve the college student party members with the status of the subjectivities and guarantee the effective functioning of the subjectivity of university student party members.
