Research On The Construction Of The Rule Of Law Of The Information Service Internet Enterprise

The emergence of information service oriented Internet enterprises provides people with the most convenient information service,which is a shortcut way to get effective information.However,everything has two sides.The rapid development of information service Internet enterprises also brings many problems such as false information and Internet fraud.Although the network security law has been introduced,the information service Internet enterprise,as an important market subject of the Internet enterprise,is in the state of "anomie" in general and brings new problems to the social governance.Therefore,we need to integrate laws,administration and other means to safeguard the safety of the national Internet space and the legitimate rights and interests of the majority of netizen.Based on a large number of literature,this paper summarizes the research status of the legal construction of information service Internet enterprises based on the basic theory of information service Internet enterprises.According to it,the information service Internet enterprises and users are investigated by means of questionnaire survey,comparative analysis method,and then the necessity of the legal construction of information service Internet enterprises is analyzed based on the statistical results of the survey data,the existing problems and causes of the legal construction of information service Internet enterprises in China are studied.At last,the author puts forward the suggestion of the construction of legal construction of information service Internet enterprises in China.The research content of this article is divided into five parts:The first part,the introduction.This paper mainly studies the background,purpose and significance of this topic,the status from domestic and foreign research and research methods,and so on.The second part,the basic theory of the construction of the rule of law in the information service Internet enterprises.This paper mainly studies the definition and characteristics of the information service Internet enterprises and the classification of the rule of law construction;the third part,the necessity of the construction of the rule of law in the information service Internet enterprises.Mainly research the standardization of information service Internet enterprise behavior and the standardization of market order.The fourth part,the problems of the construction of the rule of law of the information service Internet enterprises.It mainly studies what problems exist in the rule of law construction of information service type Internet enterprises.The fifth part is the suggestion of rule of law in Information Service Internet enterprises.It mainly studies what measures should be taken to solve the problems existing in the rule of law of information service Internet enterprises.This paper argues that: the Internet information service enterprise is involved include the generation of information,the transmission of information,the supply of information,and other related business enterprise integrated information service by the search engine business Internet platform,for the majority of Internet users to provide the required free Internet company and value-added information service.It has the characteristics such as information of content,the portability of tangible assets,economic scale and the virtual nature of communication.There are flaws in legislation,administrative law enforcement is not strict and law-abiding consciousness is not strong,the enterprise itself needs to perfect relevant legislation,strict law enforcement,and strengthen enterprise law-abiding consciousness to improve the information service of Internet enterprise pertinence and effectiveness of the construction of the rule of law.
