Exploration And Policy Suggestions On Social Practice Of Suzhou Community Service

With the emergence of modern management theory,the pluralism of governance subject becomes the need of the Times development.Voluntary groups,charitable organizations,community-based organizations,non-governmental organizations and other social self-government organizations have sprung up,their impact on public life is self-evident.All levels of government can provide fallback service for community residents,but the demand for diversity and individuation of residents is difficult to meet,so there is an urgent need to innovate community service supply model.Therefore,we must innovate the mode of community service supply.The socialization of community service emerges as a new exploration of the linkage between the three communities.The government transforms the function,optimizes the service,gives the social organization to take a certain space and constructs the platform for it.Through fair competition,social organization realize self-worth,which truly become a multiple body to participate in social management,the innovation of community service.Government,social organizations,residents and other common governance are the development trend of urban Community construction.This article mainly adopts the literature method and case study method,and Through the field investigation,this paper probes into the realistic background,system design,practical operation and effectiveness evaluation of community service socialization in Suzhou,and finally puts forward a perfect strategy,and proposes perfect strategies to provide reference for future community service socialization project promotion.
