As a collection of folk strength, social organization has unique properties of non-profit and voluntary. It has more advantages in the field of special public service than enterprises and government. And it will also become the important factor for the cooperation with government. In addition, China is actively promoting new urbanization, as a stable citizen living space, and the common platform to absorb floating population, community facing the increasingly diversified demand for public services, and high quality of service requirements. In the face of the contradiction between the growing demand of community public service and government limited individual ability, local governments have launched the exploration and practice. Therefore, how to correctly deal with the relationship,how to promote social organizations to provide public service quality, how to optimize the public service system, how to enhance public satisfaction, such series of problems has become an important research subject.Based on the theory, this paper analyzes the significance and realistic basis of government purchase service. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign relevant practice, summarizes the related experience and enlightenment. At the same time,select the Chongqing as the research object. Through field research, interviews and other research methods to conduct an in-depth investigation on it. On this basis,analyzes the problems of Chongqing, combined with the actual problems, put forward countermeasures to improve the practice of Chongqing municipal government purchase community public service from society organizations.
