| After entering twenty-first Century,China is paying more attention to the development of minority areas while increasing the depth of the reform and expanding the breadth of the reform.Governments at all levels have increased their support for the development and construction of ethnic minority areas,and let minority areas enjoy more preferential policies.Shi Zhou is the only minority Autonomous Prefecture in Hubei Province,with 29 ethnic groups.With the construction of eco cultural tourism circle in West Hubei,the land expropriation and relocation,resettlement compensation,mountain forest land and other disputes have risen sharply.These brought a lot of security risks to the social governance in Enshi area.If handled poorly,they will cause frequent and severe friction,which will easily lead to mass incidents and cause social order confusion.Study on Enshi minority areas of urban social security prevention and control system,not only helps to improve the state of Enshi public security management scientific decision-making ability,guide the public security management work,provide a reference to improve the social security of other minority areas also can be similar to economic and social development conditions.This paper along with an analysis of a problem to solve problems,focus on the analysis of the existing social security prevention and control system in Enshi city in the problems and the reasons for the shortage of social security prevention and control system in the state of Enshi,put forward the suggestion of optimizing the social security prevention and control system.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the full text includes four parts:the first part is the theoretical part of this article,mainly the definition of the core concepts of this paper,and the three theories that support the research in this paper(which three theories are directly stated).The second part is the analysis of the security situation in
