Research On Public Security Management Of Home Stay Facilities In Guangdong Province

In recent years,the domestic home stay industry has developed rapidly.According to the incomplete statistics of China industry research network,at present,there are more than40000 home stay enterprises in the mainland of China,nearly 1 million people work in the home stay industry,and the annual business income is about 20 billion yuan.Located in the forefront of reform and opening up,Guangdong province has rich tourism industry resources,which has promoted the rapid development of home stay industry.As an effective supplement to the traditional accommodation service industry,home stay industry reflects the changes in people's consumption demand and structure,but also brings many new problems in social management,especially in public security management.Accommodation services industry is the important management object,also an important position for public security organs to carry out public security management in special industries,the emergence of a home stay industry has given rise to new requirements for the management of the public security,testing the level and ability of public security organs at all levels to deal with the problems of public security management and change their thinking in the new situation.To effectively cope with the home stay facility industry brought by the high-speed development of social public security management challenges,to solve the problem of the lack of clear and effective policy guidance for the public security administration of the home stay industry,the purpose of this paper is to through literature reading,questionnaire investigation,interview investigation and other scientific research methods,summarizes and refines the current situation of the development of home stay industry in Guangdong Province and the challenges faced by public security management,analysis of the formation mechanism from the perspective of the subject participating in governance,under the guidance of the general principles and policies of the party and the state,such as promoting the “modernization of the national governance system and capacity ”and building the “social security prevention and control system”,taking the theory of coordinated governance as the research guiding theory and drawing on the excellent experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the public security management of the home stay industry in Guangdong Province from a comprehensive perspective,and puts forward practical measures from the perspectives of participants,working mechanism,resource integration and technical means.
