Research On The Monitoring Of Network Public Opinion In Xi'an

In recent years,all kinds of network public opinion events have been frequent,which has aroused the attention of the national level in the face of network public opinion.In the 12 th Five-Year plan,it has been clearly pointed out that the government units at all levels should strengthen the construction of network public opinion monitoring and management ability.In the new period,with the continuous updating and replacement of the network information technology,especially the perfect fusion of smart phone and the Internet,faster information transmission,more intuitive opinion expression,and more convenient interaction and communication,the people express opinions and suggestions through the Internet,effectively exercise the right to know,participation,expression and supervision.Also makes the government's network public opinion supervision problems become more and more prominent.How to deal with these problems has become a major problem that the government's public opinion supervision,especially the monitoring of Internet public opinion,needs to face.In this paper,the problems existing in the network public opinion monitoring of Xi'an municipal government are taken as the research object.First,on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the system,the network public opinion,the public opinion and the concept of public opinion are resolved on the basis of the literature analysis and interdisciplinary methods,and the theoretical basis of the network public opinion monitoring is briefly expounded.Then,the author focuses on the status of network public opinion information monitoring in Xi'an municipal government,analyses the present situation and deficiencies,and draws on the excellent experience of foreign network public opinion monitoring,extracts key information,obtains relevant work inspiration,and combines the monitoring work of network public opinion in Xi'an municipal government.On the problem,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the continuous improvement of the network public opinion monitoring work of the Xi'an municipal government,effectively reduce the negative impact of the network public opinion on the city of Xi'an,maintain the government credibility and enhance the image of the city.
