Research On Legal System Of Rural Mutual Cooperatives

With the continuous development of rural economy in China,the demand for capital in China's rural economic development continues to increase.However,the existing financial system cannot meet the financial needs of rural economic development.There is an urgent need to make changes in this regard and explore more opportunities for rural financial development.Under such circumstances,rural mutual fund organizations have emerged,and they are joined by their members voluntarily.They were established in accordance with relevant requirements and were subject to the supervision of relevant departments to provide funding for rural economic development.Currently,all localities have begun to gradually establish rural mutual fund organizations.With the continuous development of the number and scale of rural mutual aid cooperatives,it has gradually become a supplier of rural economic development funds.During the process of development,“Interim Provision on Rural Mutual Fund Cooperatives” has been promulgated,and it provides good legal guidance and guarantees for the development of rural mutual-money cooperatives,and the legal system of rural mutual-money cooperatives has also achieved certain development and has achieved certain results.However,it is apparent that the construction of the legal system of rural mutual-finance cooperatives in China still lags,especially in the legal system of rural mutual aid organizations.This study takes the legal system of rural mutual-financers as a research goal and combines relevant research theories to analyze and interpret the legal status and existing problems of the rural mutual-funding cooperatives in China.The market access system,property rights system,democratic management system,and legal supervision system are analyzed,providing a good countermeasure for the improvement of the legal system of rural Mutual Cooperatives in China and provides some implications for promoting the improvement of the legal system of rural Mutual Cooperatives in China.It highlights cases and enriches the research system.It can be concluded that although China's rural mutual-funding cooperatives are at an early stage of development,they face many problems,especially legal system problems,but they have good prospects for future development.As long as the related legal systems are continuously improved,they can be used as rural funds.The future development of the cooperatives provides better legal protection.
