Study On The Legal System Of Rural Mutual Funds Cooperatives

In recent years,with the continuous development of rural economy in China,rural economy has played an important role in the socialist market economy.However,the credit demand of rural economic development can not be effectively met under the current development trend of commercial banks,so it is necessary to have a correct and rational grasp and understanding of the financial situation of rural economic development,and on this basis to explore the establishment of financial support path in line with rural economic development.Through the form of rural mutual fund cooperatives,the state gives certain financial support to rural economic development,and meets the financial needs of rural economic development.However,with the continuous establishment and development of rural mutual fund cooperatives,the legal issues are increasingly prominent.The legal system of rural mutual fund cooperatives is not yet perfect,which makes it face many legal problems in the process of development.Due to the lack of relevant legal regulations,rural mutual fund cooperatives have great difficulties in financing,and the lack of supervision by relevant institutions has caused a large number of illegal institutions in the market,seriously disrupting the order of rural financial markets.Therefore,starting with the basic theory of rural mutual funds,this paper makes an analysis of the current situation of rural mutual funds in China.At present,there are some problems in rural mutual fund cooperatives in China,such as too high market access threshold,imperfect corporate governance structure,single risk prevention and rigid financial supervision system,and the related contents of foreign rural mutual fund cooperatives are discussed.On this basis,combined with China's actual situation,from four aspects: improving market access laws and regulations,enhancing the development ability of rural mutual funds,perfecting regulatory legal system and strengthening government guidance and support,this paper puts forward some humble opinions on the regulation and improvement path of rural mutual funds in China.
