Building a well-to-do society in an all-round way is an important goal in the “two hundred-year” goal,which is the first time in the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012.It also proposed to make a success and build a well-off society.In this new era of inheriting the past and opening the door to the future,the major social contradictions in our country have also undergone changes,from the contradiction between the ever-increasing material and cultural needs of the people and the backwardness of the productive forces,to the ever-increasing demands for a better life and the imbalance between the people.The contradiction between the development.The stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way in China presents a dynamic process of new phase characteristics,scientifically analyzing and judging the new features and changes faced by the transition to a well-off society in an all-round way,and comprehensively coordinating and resolving complex contradictions and overcoming the “middle income trap”.The contradiction has a very important role.This article mainly uses the literature method and historical method to sort out the development stage of a well-to-do society.By comparing different stages of development,different objects,and different contents,it summarizes the characteristics of its transition from a survival-oriented society to a development-oriented society.It is mainly reflected in the difference in development concepts.From the development of the type to the development of shared development,the concept of development from the differentiated development to the shared development,the development goals from the efficiency of priority to focus on the evolution of fairness,the development of the way from the efficiency of priority to focus on the evolution of fairness,these four dimensions are facing survival The challenge of the transition from a type of society to a developmental society,a change in the concept of development in the process of transformation,leading to a lack of fair and equitable ideas and a weak sharing concept;a complex type of contradictory conflict in the developmental stage;and a rich and poor community The differentiation phenomenon seriously causes the imbalance between fairness and efficiency,restricts the orientation of China's development;the uncoordinated economic,political,cultural,social,and environmental conditions,the suppression of irrational income distribution patterns,and neglects the subjective needs of people,leading to unbalanced development stages.China faces a “moderate income Trap ”.By analyzing the challenges faced by transition from a survival-oriented society to a development-oriented society,this paper proposes the corresponding path selection from four aspects: development philosophy,development level,development goals,and development methods.Leading the development with shared ideas,cultivating the concept of sharing reform achievements,building a fair and equitable core value;improving multiple governance to resolve complex contradictions,clarifying contradictions and eliminating governance,eliminating survival-type contradictions,innovating and developing contradictory governance mechanisms,and coordinating governance survival and development Contradictions:Perfecting the relationship between fair and efficient dynamic equilibrium,narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas,coordinating balanced regional development,and creating common prosperity;establishing a reasonable income distribution pattern through reforms and developments that span the mid-income trap,coordinated development of political economy,culture,society and environment,etc.Pay attention to people-oriented.To win the battle and build a well-off society in an all-round way,we need to resolve the challenges faced by the transformation in its development stage,optimize the path choices for its evolution,and advance the modernization process.
