Investigation On The Plight Of Disabled People In Xi'an

In recent years,in the field of employment related to the realization of the self-worth of the disabled,the number and the quality of employment of disabled people have both increased.The disadvantaged position of the disabled people is changing.Nevertheless,the plight of disabled people in the job market is still severe and cannot be ignored.Based on the definition of the research object and the in-depth interpretation of social exclusion theory,this paper conducted a random survey of 100 disabled people in xi 'an,and concluded that the employment level of disabled people was not high and poor stability.The network employment form is single and the quality is uneven.Employment training remains at a lower level,providing technical support for lack of marketability and innovation.There are three levels of passive exclusion and active rejection in employment.In this paper,the author analyzes the reasons from the macro,medium and micro perspectives,namely,some disadvantages brought by the developmentalism discourse system,the disabled is a “potential problem”objectively enhance the enterprise the cost and pressure,the lack of principal status in the service project leads to the reduction of effectiveness of training results,the media that have the right of discourse cannot play the proper guiding role.And the last one is the internalization of the weak position of disabled person leads to the lack of equal communication.At the same time,the author tentatively put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the above three levels,hoping to change the disadvantaged situation of disabled person in employment.
