The disabled people is a difficult group that is both special and at the disadvantaged position in society.Due to physical incompleteness,incompetence,loss of function,or some kind of mental disorder or disease,they may even be rejected by mainstream society,cannot be Integrate into society and full participation in social life as ordinary people,eventually became a marginal group in society.However,there is no doubt that disabled people,like other members of society,should enjoy all rights in a fair manner.The right to employment is a right that disabled people must enjoy.The employment of disabled people can not only improve the living standards of individuals and their families,but also reduce the burden of social welfare.At the same time,it will also benefit disabled people realize their values of life and improve their social status.Promoting the employment of disabled people is a proper meaning to assist disabled people integrating into society effectively and promoting social harmony,civilization,progress and development.However,there are still unbalanced and inadequate problems in the development of the disability business,the problem of employment of disabled people is particularly acute.Based on consulting various types of literature and materials,this paper takes the theory of demand hierarchy,theory of social justice and theory of Social integration as the theoretical basis.Focusing on employment data analysis of disabled people and visiting their families,Understand the employment situation of disabled people in the whole country and Hainan District of Wuhai City,analyze the crux,obstacles,and other influencing factors in the process of employment for disabled people,and put forward measures such as the joint efforts of the government,society,and the disabled people themselves to solve employment problems for the disabled people.
