Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Emergency Plan Construction In Villages And Towns In Guangxi Border Area

As the grassroots unit of emergency management,the township government is at the forefront of emergency management.Its status and role are also becoming more and more important.Although the state has been vigorously promoting the compilation of contingency plans,many contingency plans for villages and towns have been gradually improved.However,there are still many problems in the preparation and management of contingency plans.Through the two villages visited Guangxi in the border city of Dongxing and Pingxiang City,the town of friendship,to analyze the case,found that the township government emergency plan construction still exist the following problems: first,from the actual disposal,heavy light prevention;two,revised timely,and the lack of multi parameter;three,lack of staff training.The emergency team,the lack of exercise;four departments,publicity is not in place.To solve the above problems,the construction of township government should pay attention to the construction of an emergency plan,emergency plan,linked to job performance;two,strict plan review,strengthen the department work;three,improve the quality and plan of the follow-up plan exercise management;four,strengthen departmental interaction,intensify propaganda.
