Female employment is the guarantee for female economic independence and personal development.It is a prerequisite for female participation in politics,economics,culture,and social life.The State Guarantees the Equal Rights of Women in Employment through Legislative,Administrative and Judicial Measures.Although the work of female equal employment has achieved certain results,the phenomenon of female employment discrimination still exists to a certain extent.Historical and cultural factors,economic factors and the lack of maneuverability of relevant laws are the main reasons.“The two-child policy for the only-child parent”has aggravated the phenomenon of female employment discrimination.The following countermeasures are proposed on the basis of learning from the experience of foreign female protection of equal employment rights.At the macro level,on the one hand,the government should improve the legality and maneuverability of the law.Protecting the implementation of laws through the establishment of specialized agencies.On the other hand,the government should improve the maternity insurance system and balance the interests between employers,employees,and society.In addition,the government should increase the education and propaganda of gender equality and strive to create a positive and equal employment environment for women.On the micro level,women should improve their own quality and improve their competitiveness in employment.
